Scope and Publication Frequency

RICP is a open-access, free and eletronic scientific journal and its scope to offer a space for the constant development of Criminal Law Dogmatics, with particular emphasis on the cases and issues present in the Brazilian discussion, so accessible and intended for all lawyers and Law students.
The RICP has semiannual periodicity, with each number being closed at the end of each semester.
RICP adopts rolling publishing. As soon as the articles are approved, they are published according to convenience and opportunity criteria.
